ELVARA delivers orders to addresses throughout South Africa.
Delivery areas
We currently deliver to customers anywhere within South Africa, subject to courier availability and serviceability of the delivery address.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect address information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping fees
Shipping costs: R99 standard shipping costs. Free shipping on orders over R500.
The applicable delivery charge will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.
If a delivery cannot be completed because incorrect or incomplete information was provided, additional delivery charges may apply where permitted.
